Peter Plaut

Peter brings over 30 years of experience advising C-suite executives across global financial markets. His work spans capital raising, complex structuring, and strategic financial advisory for companies and investors. Peter previously served as a Joint Venture Partner at Fortress Investment Group and a Senior Advisor at BC Partners. He has held senior roles at JPMorgan, UBS, Salomon Brothers, Citibank, Bank of America, and Jefferies, and was a top-ranked research analyst recognized by Institutional Investor, Euromoney, and Alternative Investor.

Peter holds a BS in Management Information Systems, Economics, and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Liuna Fekravar, MBA

Liuna is a seasoned investment professional with over a decade of healthcare and biotech experience across venture capital and private equity. Her work focuses on diligence, clinical development, market assessment, and the regulatory, reimbursement, and access dynamics that shape commercial viability. Previously, she was a Vice President at Lindsay Goldberg, where she led diligence and sector development, and has held prior roles at The Carlyle Group, Man Capital, and Credit Suisse.

Liuna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Quantitative Finance, with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sonny Mundia, MD, FACP

Dr. Sonny Mundia is a board-certified oncologist and hematologist with clinical expertise spanning hematologic malignancies as well as lung, colon, and breast cancers. He has held roles as Senior Partner at South Nassau Oncology and Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Mundia has lectured widely on oncology practice, performance improvement, and healthcare economics.

Dr. Mundia holds an MD from Harvard Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mass General / Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and his fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Bruno Larida is an Advisor to Asclepius and a senior life sciences executive with more than 25 years of global experience in biomedical and life sciences companies.

His expertise spans corporate strategy, fundraising, commercialization, and market entry across immuno-oncology, autoimmunity, infectious disease, diagnostics, and medical technologies. He currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Omios Biologics, where he leads business strategy and fundraising for biomarker-guided oncolytic virus therapies and the Omios Discovery Engine computational platform.

Bruno’s prior leadership roles include Seegene Technologies, AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS, and Bio-Rad Laboratories, and he also serves as a visiting professor mentoring biotech entrepreneurs on market validation and investor engagement.

Alan Gilbert is an Advisor to Asclepius and a healthcare growth executive with experience building and scaling organizations across the healthcare continuum.

His work focuses on initiatives that improve outcomes and reduce costs, including telemedicine, population health, accountable care, chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, digital therapeutics, and AI-enabled care delivery.

Alan brings experience developing strategies for new markets, client growth, and revenue expansion, supported by long-standing executive relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Paul Martin Jensen

Advisor

Paul Martin Jensen is a strategist with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of science, policy, and institutional leadership. His work focuses on strategic communications, policy advocacy, and organizational positioning for research-driven organizations, helping translate scientific expertise into influence with the audiences that shape funding, policy, and market access.

He has developed thought leadership for executives at Fortune Global 500 pharmaceutical and life sciences companies and emerging health ventures, with work appearing in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and STAT. Paul previously held leadership roles at the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease and ACTION, where his work helped drive more than $1 billion in commitments for health research and interventions. He is the co-founder and CEO of Etalia.
